Step1) Document Screening
The document review process seeks to judge the applicant’s values, job capabilities, and qualifications by focusing on the personal statement. We review the resume and cover letter to accurately identify the qualifications and cap abilities of every applicant.

We review the correlation between education/career background and job opening functions on every application.

We evaluate individual competencies, focusing on values, characteristics, capabilities and other features.
Negotiations are conducted on your treatment, including job grade and salary. These are based on reasonable and fair grounds in accordance with company-specific policies.
